This jewel was designed by another local Architect in the first half of last century, beautiful floor plan with low ceilings, we were commissioned to remodel and add new spaces. We raised the ceilings, add a Cinema room, Locker room, double the size of the Kitchen, 2 car Garage, Game room and a Swimming pool. A few steps from the Ocean in Corpus Christi, TX.
